Hong He has its own woven factory(San He) in China and Hai Tan in Cambodia. San He is located at Changle city of Fujian, China. The building area of the factory is 8,800 square meters and expandable to 20,000 square meters. The group is divided into Purchasing, Technical, Quality Assurance, Machinery, Financial and Production departments. The total number of staff is more than 500. The type of machines include: advanced sewing, twin needle sewer, over locker, button fixer, seam taper, French seam, steam iron, cutter ,fabric inspect, ultrasonic facilities and many other specialized machines. They are capable of doing high frequent seal(seamless seal),laser cut,heat stampm,heat seal,high quality taping,glue on zip,silicon print,top quality membroidery and flcoking,etc. The normal production lead time is about 70 days. The ISO-9001-2000 has been granted by the group. And the factory also passes SGS test.? San He&©|65441;&©|65455; production comes across children&©|65441;&©|65455;s and adults&©|65441;&©|65455; casual jacket (both light and heavily padded/quilted), raincoat, casual pants, ski and softshell jacket and pants, baby&©|65441;&©|65455; romper, etc.
Considering worker wage and labor,we built a factory Hai Tan in Cambodia. It owns 5600 square meters building area and 900 staffs. Products include casual pants,jeans,trousers and jacket etc. They are mainly sold to Europe,America and Canada.

Hong He also has a knit factory Fu Sheng which owns 5000 square meters building area,7 production lines and 300 staffs. Main item includes fleece jacket,romper,kid and adult T-shirt ,pants and other kint styles.? This factory has been working with famous brand Original Marines in Italy for 15 years and?70% products of Fu Sheng are?for Original Marines.
